We will attend the debtor’s residents or place of business in order to gain some insightful information about the debtor’s financial circumstances such as debtor’s income, assets and other debts. This is an informal meeting between our agents and the debtor, usually prearranged by mutual consent.
We also take this opportunity to confirm all the debtors contact details, update any employment details, contact numbers and obtain a suitable payment plan. We find this personal touch often yields positive results not seen in the early stages of collection and information which is not normally offered to us over the phone.
